Getting same exact result on my Aorus 1080 ti xtreme (f4 beta bios),

starts at 2088 (Vcurve set just like yours) then settles at 2076 after a while for rest of bench, +500 on mem (fine for me) 2088-2076 very stable.

I flirted with a 2100 curve, ran 2100 for about 30 sec then freeze..ugh (all the while no tem over 69c, custom fan curve maxing at 80% and still quiet at 80% lol)

2062 will be my everyday I think too.

It seems I indeed got very lucky (it's about damn time!) and caught what would have passed gpu gauntlet as an extreme. These are very nice, I really love it. I certainly would rather it be an extreme, I really love your backplate!

Won't running it with lower voltage and getting VREL produce lower FPS since its not getting all the voltage it need at the freq?

Not always. Vrel isn't as bad as pwr.

these gigabyte cards are great and beastly lol

I was always an EVGA guy, but could not wait for the FTW3,
although I do have the FTW3 preordered for 5/8 so I will still get it and test her out to see what results

the winner stays and the loser gets sold.

my wife is gonna kill me...lol but when she mentions it I just remind her of her handbags..then walk away.

Hi Everyone,

I have been reading this thread from the start and want to thank all you crazy overclockers always trying push it a bit more no matter what happens. This thread has been a really great read THANKS!

Well with that out the way I would like to say that I finally after years of trying I hit the lottery… GPU lottery that is wish it was a real one lol. I got a MSI 1080 TI Gaming X and boy is she a keeper. I can bench at 2126MHz Core @ 1080Mv using curve overclocking any higher and it crashes. Memory so far been able to hit 6003Mhz. I can run it with lower voltage but I get VREL in GPU-Z.

I have been doing a bunch of benching these last 2 days testing and making sure my clocks are performing correctly and not just giving worst performance. I can say that these clock are producing higher number than lower clocks in benches so I know they are good. Only issue I have is I am hitting my power limits causing it to lower down to 2088Mhz to 2100Mhz for a bit at a few spots throughout the benchmarks. Then it recovers back to 2126Mhz. I know this as I saw it listed in my GPU-Z log file. It is only Power my voltage and temps are good.

I removed the heatsink while keeping the midplate to cool the memory on it and mounted my NZXT G10 + x41 with Push/Pull fans. My idle temps are 22c to 25c depending on my ambient temps and the max temps I seen benching is 41c. These clock are benching clocks as I am 99% sure they would cash in a game eventually and I do not want to run this card at 1080Mv all the time.

Here is my latest run on the new superposition benchmark. This is the highest I have been able to hit so far still pushing.

Nice thumb.gif makes me want to go under water too on my card. under 50c I know I can get her that high too.

Isnt Vrel just where the card wants to boost up but you either have ctrl-L locking that bin or the curve to right of the current bin is flat?

i.e. I would jump to the next voltage bin but I cant = VRel

Awesome clocks. Yeah, power limiting and not being under 40C (I'm at 45C-48C) limits me from running 2138. Although I can go it for a short while.

Depending on how my power limit affects my benchmarks, I really might have to consider doing the shunt mod.

Not at home so can't testing the superposition benchmark.
