Damn VR mode needs the paid version to unlock.
please run 4k optimized and 8k optimized tests. They will push you hard. Here's my 8k optimized results. Notice my air cooled max temp tongue.gif

although I do have the FTW3 preordered for 5/8 so I will still get it and test her out to see what results

the winner stays and the loser gets sold.

my wife is gonna kill me...lol but when she mentions it I just remind her of her handbags..then walk away.
well played, sir.

I too love evga, ideally id have evga classy, i almost waited for ftw3, but , nah. These and the asus were to good to pass up. Never owned a gigabyte before but it's dope.

I have been reading this thread from the start and want to thank all you crazy overclockers always trying push it a bit more no matter what happens. This thread has been a really great read THANKS!

Well with that out the way I would like to say that I finally after years of trying I hit the lottery… GPU lottery that is wish it was a real one lol. I got a MSI 1080 TI Gaming X and boy is she a keeper. I can bench at 2126MHz Core @ 1080Mv using curve overclocking any higher and it crashes. Memory so far been able to hit 6003Mhz. I can run it with lower voltage but I get VREL in GPU-Z.

I have been doing a bunch of benching these last 2 days testing and making sure my clocks are performing correctly and not just giving worst performance. I can say that these clock are producing higher number than lower clocks in benches so I know they are good. Only issue I have is I am hitting my power limits causing it to lower down to 2088Mhz to 2100Mhz for a bit at a few spots throughout the benchmarks. Then it recovers back to 2126Mhz. I know this as I saw it listed in my GPU-Z log file. It is only Power my voltage and temps are good.

I removed the heatsink while keeping the midplate to cool the memory on it and mounted my NZXT G10 + x41 with Push/Pull fans. My idle temps are 22c to 25c depending on my ambient temps and the max temps I seen benching is 41c. These clock are benching clocks as I am 99% sure they would cash in a game eventually and I do not want to run this card at 1080Mv all the time.

Here is my latest run on the new superposition benchmark. This is the highest I have been able to hit so far still pushing.

holy crap, dude, that score is beating everyone in the Tian Xp thread. GO POST IT IN THERE.

guys, this new Unigine 2 benchmark is awesome. The 4k preset really hits the power hard, but I'm still not throttling, but it's 350w all day.

no but it actually hit 127% and was usually between 112-120, dips to 100%.

That's my exact understanding of it too.

yeah, dude, you no doubt hit the lotto on that lady. She's a freaking Queen. you beat my score by 400, so 4%....

Ok, check that, there is a dude with an 11,000 score in there but you are definitely beating most of them who have posted it.

Stock clocks with temp/power limits maxed.

Seemed to hit Pwr quite a bit and Both Pwr/Vrel as well. Didn't someone post what all of those mean?
