NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti Owner's Club - Page 523

I cannot get over how much of an upgrade this Aorus was over my 980 Ti. I just loaded up Deus Ex Mankind Divided and maxed out every setting (except no MSAA). I loaded up the game and I was at 144hz in the Subway. Walked out in the city and I dropped down to 90-110FPS. HUGE upgrade from the 980 Ti.

Same. Almost double the fps of my 980Ti.

** So, memory scales well in this test. This is my highest mems with no artifacting, I can only get a true 100% clean mem oc of + 442, unfortunately. But this is my new high and by 100 points, in 4k.

here is my score. game stable, witcher 3, Battlefield 1, GTA V

not chasing 2100 unless I'm underwater with some kryonaut scuba gear lol and that wont be until I put this aorus xtreme up against the FTW3 in early may when my preorder comes in.

what mem oc?

Does your physx card help with time spy?

TimeSpy custom run, settings maxed out, 4K, scene one only, two loops. Power Draw gets up to and exceeds 330 watts on a regular basis.

I copied and pasted the output from the command prompt into a txt file, just deleted the pauses before and between runs. smile.gif

AsusBIOSPowerDraw.txt 147k .txt file

Edit: had my BIOS at 1.093v at 2088 core.

In the end it's worth it for me to step up the 1080 to a Ti FE even if not to resell it. I'd lose more money trying to resell the 1080 than a potentially BNIB or very lightly used FE. And naturally if I sell my TXP (2016), I've considered SLI....this is the reason I went ITX/SFF redface.gif.

In the end, the goal is to end up with a single card that I'm happy with. The TXp is an awesome card at the end of the day, so I can attempt to put a AIO on it and probably have the best of both worlds, honestly.

true that. And definitely worth triggering the step-up even if just for the resell value.

Cheers, my core loses stability over 60C @ low volts and adding more just adds heat.

Can't wait for my WB to arrive and see if I can run 2000mhz @ 1.0v.

Have a medium test for you

Been playing around with the voltage curve. I managed to get 2050Mhz @ 1.050V stable with +450Mhz on the memory. Will now try lowering it to 1.043V with same clocks.

Updated Afterburner and RTSS to the latest beta versions which fixed Timespy not running for me.

Here's my Timespy score:

Here's a 1080P Extreme run of Superposition:
