I dont know why there are so few 1080ti bioses available in TPU database, i tried them all, and all faceplant the powerlimit.
So for now anyone wanting to get rid of the silly powerlimit needs to do a shuntmod.

But our best bet might be the Inno3d, it's a 8+6 pin card, has generally a reference pcb design and pulls 30-50 more watts I believe.

We definitely need some better BIOS, like i would be very satisfied with a real working 330-350W BIOS, if it was even like +20% PL enabled then oh my god tongue.gif

Unlike Maxwell, that stuff is locked down.

I obviously didn't mean editing BIOS, just have somebody with an Inno3D ichill or EVGA SC/FTW3 to extract their BIOSes for us.

I had a GTX 970 G1 Gamimg from Gigabyte with edited BIOS up to 360W, could have set it even higher but i was already afraid of burning the VRM, it was only hitting it in Furmark, no other benchmark or game could detrone it from running 1600MHz rock solid stable with 8200-300 VRAM tongue.gif

Seems i had a defective card or at least some of the components not sure what they're for...but yesterday while playing 2088@1.043v temperatures were in 58-63* range with a very aggressive fan curve my PC shut down instantly ... it was late and went to bеd...
Today disassembled the card and it looked burned on the back, attaching picture
The saddest thing is it was connected via DVI port and took my good old precious 30" 2560х1600 IPS Apple cinema HD monitor with it mad.gif

My thanks as well, for taking on the task of heading this thread.

Your guides will be a great source of information for me, as I slowly get into messing around with this intimidating Pascal card, lol.

All those bios are custom cards and most if not all of them have a 8+8 pin setup.

The Inno3d is a reference card like an FE with a 8+6 pin configuration but it is capable of drawing more power. That's why it's a primary candidate right now to help FE users gain move power.

But I haven't heard of anyone with this card so far.
