30%, just like the nexus mods article is doing. Read it, it's very informative.

They kept it at 30% and the VRMs never went above 70C. So 15 watts extra would literally be nothing, maybe raise you to 73C and still half of the maximum temperature these VRMs can take which is 150C.

Just tried the inno3d bios and I hit the power limit less often but my temps also went from 48C under load to 52C. Do you know if the blower fan RPMs are the same between the bioses?

Also my power limit in afterburner is only going upto 116%, same for you?

Temperature increase is to be expected when using more power, so nothing to be worried about. Can you max out the fan and report what the RPM is? Should be 4800.

Inno3D has a starting power at 275 Watts. So 275 * 115% = 316.25 Watts.

I do not know the fan speed for inno3d, just run the fan at 100% and take a look at AB tachometer. It willl tell you how many RPMs your fan is spinning.

For reference, stock spins at 4800 RPM at 100%.

Let me know what RPMs you get on Inno3D.

Inno3D uses 3X 90mm fans, so it'll be based off of those fans.

They might only spin at like 2,000 RPMs or even less.

Ah, ok. Thought it was a reference design. Hopefully 100% = 4800 RPM on FE cards.

100% is 1700RPM

So this would be equal to you running your fans at 35%.

I wouldn't recommend this if you are running a blower fan. But if you're on a hybrid then leave the fans at 100%.
