That's what I figured, part of the reason I got the G2 in the first place, though now I need a beefier PSU that is shorter, the core 500 isn't big enough for another G2 so I have to get something smaller in either a 150mm or 140mm size, hence the 750w G3.

Nice, I will be mounting mine vertically so I'd use hot glue to keep it from shorting out

Nice build! That's like $200 worth of rotary adapters, isn't it?

I'd love to use them but I'm too paranoid about swivel adapters leaking. All static compression and black EPDM tubing for me.

Yeah, but if the clu runs off you won't be shunt anymore. Worth a shot though! Do it!

Is solder an option?

I have decided to call it a day and spend time with my wife. I have not pushed this card to is maximum core clock yet.
Something is definitely wrong with your result for such clocks or the bios is slower clock for clock or you are either throttling or power limited of some kind as i have 1fps more at 2076 core and 1.5fps more after shunt mod with a constant 2101 core....if you have a real 2152Mhz your score should be in the range of 81-82fps 4k optimized run...maybe the curve OC gives lower result for the clock if not properly made as it was with 1080 pascal cards...Anyway your card seems pretty decent for a FE thumb.gif

Yeap there is another power limit that causes issues.

Curve always scores lower for me compared to slider in AB.
