In a couple weeks, once I can find a pair of smaller cards (hoping for FTW3) that will fit in my case in SLI, I'll likely be selling my Zotac.

I'll ping this thread when I list it to give you guys dibs. It's a Zotac 1080 Ti Amp Extreme that boosts to 2037.5 MHz out of the box (no overclocking involved).

Not looking to profit or anything. Feel free to ping me via PM if you'll be interested.

Hey guys. Got my Aorus (non xtreme version) yesterday. Increased the power limit to +125%, added 25 on the clock and it basically stays at about 1950 core under load. Temps are excellent at about 71 degrees. I was planning on reaching 2 ghz and leaving it be, but it seems to throttle down a bit (from 1987 at the moment). Any tips?

Oh, and I get around 14500 on firestrike extreme with my 4790k, cloked to 4.5 ghz. Seems about normal, right?

I'm confused how my temps are so low with this beast on stock air cooler. Last night was seeing 47C with 70% fan speed on gaming X @2025Mhz. Voltage is stock. This is after 1 hour of BF1 multiplayer.

My regular 1080 gaming x with same fan profile at 2088 would hit 58-60C. I would have expected the beefier Ti card to run hotter.

Why would a beefier cooler run hotter?

Didn't get any gains out of the SC2 BIOS on EVGA FE. I was power limiting quite a bit and couldn't get better clocks. Time to try something else.

Hmmm....dynamic work load allowing the card to heat and cool enough to keep the temp down? I'm guessing you have everything maxed out?

With EK blocks, the idle temps on my cards are

Card1 : 25'C
Card2: 22'C

During load 2037mhz

Card1: 41'C
Card2: 38'C

With fans at 0%
