So i am benchmarking at 1.000v. Limit seems to be 2012 where it will be stable. However during the run perf cap in gpuz is a rainbow. What does that mean?

I'm not exactly sure what the rainbow means but if clocks are not jumping around in Superposition 4K Optimized, Time Spy test 2 and stay at 2012 you're good even with the rainbow. cheers.gif

hello guys, is this normal for the GTX 1080 Ti FE, the debug mode is enable. I'm having a frame stuttering in all games like BF1 and the division. i don't know if this is the issue. i never experience frame drops on my Gtx 1080 xtreme Gaming before. any idea? thank you

Thing is not even once I saw card hitting 120% PL. I have no idea what cause in Witcher 3 to downlock cards all the time....

I can keep clocks like 2075 all the time in BF1. But Witcher 3 will not even allow me to keep 2038. It will downclock to 2012 after like hour or so. Temperatures are not any higher then when it was keeping higher clock and TDP is not reaching 119% even...

What is wrong with this game....

Benny, from one turbo nerd to another, we both just got to stop worrying about oc and just game. I'm a hypocrite when I say this, but who lose sleep over 1% more performance?

I know you are right, I am just obsesed with getting absolutely max out of my hardware in any game and Witcher 3 is denying me that biggrin.gif.

Yea, you right. I was able to run Witcher now at 2012 1.031V at 62C with 55% Fan speed.... Not bad. It runs 2025 before 60C. Maybe if I repaste with Grizzly I could at least get that.

I should really stop reading this thread for god sake..... rolleyes.gifbiggrin.gif

This thread is the rock and we crackheads we keep coming back lol ;-)

it's never enough must have crack, I mean MHz (little voices in my head)

When you dream of voltage curves, or thinking about it at work at random times you know it's time to step away

Besides in 6 months it's Volta (thank vega for that) and back to the drawing board, the voices start, upgrade, upgrade lol. It a vicious cycle I tell ya lol

How much jumping around is ok? I am looping timespy graphic test 2 and the MHZ jump around from 1936mhz-2050mhz over the whole loop. It mainly stays at 2037-2050mhz though. I am using a curve. 500+ memory. This is on a 1080ti FE. Water block on it of course.I see my power has spiked to 126 at one point. That is bad right?

I'm seeing some strangeness on the Palit Bios. I've got the PL set to 116% and NVSMI reports 348 as the enforced PL but during Supo, it still power limits at 100% (300w). I've forced it to 350w with SMI and it takes and the enforced limit changes but no difference once in Supo.
