I am on a full custom 720mm water loop. The card is EVGA FE 1080ti. How come when I put the curve at a certain number and at a certain mv the crosshair thing goes below where I have it? If it does that do I need to actually lower the block to that point? Also I have seen my max power hit 127. Isn't that too high?

My scores are:

Timespy Graphics Score 10,780.
Supo 4k Score was 10,011.

Didn't test firestrike as I used it for a loop when adjusting. Last one I have was before messing with the curve more.
power limit is making your clocksjump around that's why some of us have been doing the shunt mod

So the only way to fix that is the shunt mod? I am curious why the power jumps higher than 120 though?

Tested the core clock of my gaming x last night. Havent done memory yet, but here are my results for voltage and core.

It can do majority of heaven at 2088 @1.093v, locks up about ~60% done.

2075 at 1.093v/1.081v passes both supo 4k and heaven, but clocks jump around too much in supo and timespy.

2062 @ 1.062v is perfect. clocks dont jump

time for memory tonight

Anyways, I am selling the MSI Gaming X POS today and ordered an ASUS STRIX for another chance at lottery.

No bro, you were judging people for trying to oc their card and now you got a dud, that's a's how karma works.

Or force your card to run at lower voltages. That helped me at least get higher stable clocks without perfcapping.

So to do that just lower the core at higher voltage points? I also have my volt meter at +100.

AIB cards OC on their own for the most part once you set a more aggressive profile. I mean if we're honest, the Ti's are all terrible OC'ers compared to the 1080s and TXPs.

Yes, just that in the way the curve editor works, you have to raise the clock speed of the lower voltage points. Another good starting point is to check out what's the maximum stable core for 1.0v (set 1v to test core clock and flatten curve behind it) because 1v is almost never power limited.
