NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti Owner's Club - Page 763

Anyone flashing a BIOS having issues with really low power limits run unzip the powerlimit.zip and run the powerlmit.bat file after right clicking on it, edit it in NotePad and changing the '-pl 3**' to your BIOS max.

powerlimit.zip 0k .zip file

You can find your max TDP here.

https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?architecture=&manufacturer=&model=GTX+1080+Ti&interface=&memType=&memSize=&since=

I found after flashing different BIOS's before the .bat file ran the max TDP was 250 not what it should be and I think it did this after reinstalling Nvidia drivers as well. redface.gif

Don't know if the crack happened before or after the installation. Thid Acrylic Glass is really really weak, I never had this problem before with Acetal waterblocks.

Aw man... Did it spray everywhere and what happened afterwards? Please share your story.

You had a golden silicon card also right?

Oh man, sorry.

Does EK cover this?

I know with their Predator line they did replace hardware from faulty water cooling equipment.

Few drops on the GPU PCB. more on my PSU:mad: My PC went black screen and restarted itself in the middle of a video playback before I notice something went wrong..

Max core 2100MHz, VRAM +800 card. I'll try to clean the card with rubbing alcohol and will give it another go.

Soak it in a tub of 99% for an hour and then let it dry for an hour afterwards, should be good

Yikes. How long had the block been on there? It was ok during leak testing?

nope. my cores never go past 68%~72%. i have the broadwell destroyer tongue.gif i never get stutter. i have 134mb of L3+L4 cache tongue.gif. i know ryzen's best attribute (to me) is it's smoothness. I have that, too, though because of the crystalwell cache. tbf, i beat the 6 cores all venders and the 8 core ryzens in fps, min and max, but not the 6900k/6950x. but im right there with them on an older plat, older ram, etc. it's amazing really. I wish it had a benchmark.
