If you open up itunes youll see stuttering... also saying it " smashes " a Ryzen is kinda far fetched... maybe higher scores at 120 hz + but I game at 4K 60hz so it really doesnt matter to me smile.gif

I agree. At this point I would never pick up a quad core, especially a Broadwell-C. It's either Ryzen or Broadwell-E, which will both eat the quad core Broadwell-C alive.

I would have gone with either platforms but with Intel's x299 and Skylake X coming out in the summer I'm going to wait it out. Would love to get a 10C Skylake X chip.

Wow you've got a good one there then. ;-)

Even at only 50c core temp; mine won't do more than 2037 Mhz at 1.0v. (with 2025 being the true rock solid numb. for 1.0v stability).

What temp you @ for 2088 at 1.0?

Anyway (edit):
You got a link to this BIOS you wanted me to look at:?

About to do some baselines now, first.

1080Ti SLI + G-Sync = Less performance. On my former GPU's , 2x TITAN X Maxwell, i dont have any performance lose with G-Sync. But on 2x 1080Ti's, loses is noticable.

Any fixes ?

LOL! How misinformed could you possible be?
Im 130-144+fps in bf1 @qhd, CRUSHING ryzen 4 cores, beating 6-8 cores, beating INTEL 6 CORES, bro. Beating all Intel except 5.0Ghz+ Kaby Lakes. Beating all of the ones you just mentioned. PROVEN fact. But, you do your thing. Just have to counter-point so the community isnt misled. TBC, not advocating a from scratch z97 system in 2017. it's for those with 4690k/4790k on z97. THEY get a sweet, sweet deal.

Most games don't scale with cores.

Edit:
Some games will never be able to scale properly with cores. It's still beyond our technology/programming skills.
