After the last exchange via DM Twitter, I'm irritated again. I called the Premiere help line and immediately asked to speak to a supervisor. I explained to him what is going on. He is opening an investigation etc etc and asked that I give him until Wednesday.

I mentioned that other folks (people from here) are experiencing the exact same issue.

You guys need to call into the support line and just immediately asked the rep to speak to a supervisor/manager.

I didn't go for expedited delivery since I'm still waiting on some parts, so I'll give them a day or two to sort things out.

The argument "Nvidia didn't make the Titan for gaming, rather for professional workloads" is a load of crap and always has been. Even the OG Titan was marketed as a "by gamers for gamers" card.

Nvidia is screwing everyone in price and they've been doing so for 5 years. There is no immorality in this per-se, as they have had zero high end competition from AMD and so they have behaved exactly as a company without competition behaves... By increasing their pricing as much as they can get away with.

The only thing I think is unethical that they've done is mislead consumers by labeling midrange chips as the x80 part (680, 980,1080) - a nomenclature which used to denote their high end chip.

But the blame for pricing is squarely on AMD for underperforming and being unable to compete.

OMG that's hilarious. The original images I saw didn't have it and since I've had no interest in the card I never realised the production model actually had Geforce on them.

Well i talked to a nice lady at newegg and she hasnt gotten any notice of any type of loss or whatever, She did say if they picked up a pallet of gpus then they wouldn't have scanned them separately and might not even be scanned until they arrive to the destination. So she said it should come tomorrow, if not call wed and submit a claim. I mention there's more people with my same problem, same brand card, out of the same warehouse in cali. Im taking this with a grain of salt but at this point im just want my stuff, especially with the new bf1 dlc dropping tom...

Got an email about a claim being opened, so I guess they went ahead and did that for me.

So now 5+ 1080tis are "lost"? I'm getting beyond pissed.
wow. some fools jacked them.

Sorry to hear your cards are "missing/lost". Some worker probably saw them and stole them to be honest.

Well I got my tracking number just now so hopefully mine doesn't vanish as well. I'm worried the weather is going to somehow delay my delivery though coming from Cali to NC with all that snow hitting the mid west at the moment.
