That is better than the cherry picking. It does make sad me sad that so many people do it and they won't do lower PPD WU's and even if they do they don't report them. I guess they are used to only showing high benchmarks numbers and toss out the lower ones. The same thing happened in the GPU data base.

quick question to those with Ryzen running: would you be willing to share your log files with me? I created recently a web site (http://ppd.fahmm.net) showing the PPD curve enriched with TPF and hardware info from donors. There is also a link to a write-only Dropbox. I have not yet seen any Ryzen and would love to import those performance figures.

While beeing a newbee in this forum I'm active as ChristianVirtual over in FoldingForum and others "competing" teams. But the side mentioned above is team agnostic and has no commercial interests.

Thanks in advance and keep folding

Well crap, looks like I need to look into this. Been hardcore Intel for a while and if the prices continue, I will be definitely switching to AMD.
The huge iGPU is a lot of wasted space for those in the enthusiast market like us. It adds a lot of die space we never use. Cut that off the die and lower Intel's prices according to the die space reduction and they would be much closer to AMD.

I'll add some WUs to this tomorrow.  Just fired up the folding client in Windows 8.1 on my R7 1700.  That will be it's final test in Windows, and then to Linux it goes. :D
