You are supposed to put in on a USB-drive and plug it into the back of the monitor.
Is there any menus in the OSD which mentions updating?

I expect the U32H850 has the same OSD as C27HG70, which means you can use this method.

It is, though somewhat faint, not really visible. But on a white screen it becomes yellow. But again faint.

I've noticed that they've already released multiple updates the past few weeks.

Well, they've released multiple updates the past few weeks.. So I really doubt you are to up-to-date unless a Samsung Tech broke into your home and did it for you.

I read somewhere that Freesync range was improved on one of the first updates. (Around 4-5 updates ago.)

Kind of weird that I can't find any reviews about the UH750 anywhere. Though I want to know if there is any different between the UE590 and the UH750

They don't make a difference between C32 and C27, does that firmware work for both?

Pretty sure they use the same firmware.
Edit: The upgrade file seems to be for 32-inch models. Though it might work anyway.

Also, I think they have backup ROM built in.

Do not turn off the monitor. And prevent the upgrading from any interruption as far as possible. If an
interruption happens, the monitor will return to the production version.
