Just FYI - I've had a ton of problems with my 1080 Ti and BF1 with DX12 turned on.

I get some terrible input lag and framerates similar to what you're seeing.

I did notice you said that you're seeing the issue in other games though, I was only seeing it in BF1.

I ended up RMAing it. It was causing all sorts of problems so I sent it off for peace of mind.

Did the problem go away after swapping GPU? I have the same issues with mine!
