I'm planning to buy Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut for my i7-5820k and 980ti strix. Can someone tell me how many of it I need? Is 1,5ml enough for both or I need 3ml or more?

Both will be enough for several applications if you don't overdue it. All you need is a rice grain or pea size drop on each.

More than enough.

The key thing to remember with thermal paste is it is only there to bridge the gap. The chip and heatsink blocks are not perfectly flat and have imperfections. The paste makes sure that there is full connection between the two. More thermal paste does not equal more cooling, quite the opposite actually.
