Stuttering and Freezing issues with Nvidia and Ryzen

Hello.

As my previous parts were dying, i decided to build a new PC with those parts:

AMD R7 1700 (using wraith cooler)
EVGA GTX 1080 SC
Corsair Vengeance LED 2x8gb 3000mhz
Asus PRIME X370 Pro

With re using my old Corsair AIR 540 case and Corsair RM1000.

But, there is OBVIOUSLY, a problem, random little freezes, especially when logging in windows just when the desktop appears, even the cursor freezes but sound still continues.
In games, it stutters a lot, with a ton of micro freezes, in every games.

Here is what i tried:

New fresh Windows Installation
Trying an older driver
Swapping the PSU to a new one
Power settings to high performance mode, same in Nvidia Control Panel
Plugging the PC to a normal outlet instead of my UPS's ones
Running the game on a different screen than the main one
Remove the CPU overclock (the only component overclocked in the system)

And two other things i tried with VERY interresting results:

Putting the GTX 1080 SC to my second PC, no issues at all.
So, i put back my old R9 Fury, no issues at all.

Also i noticed the freezes doesn't occurs when the driver isn't installed.

Motherboard BIOS Version is 0511 (latest)

So i opened a ticket at EVGA, it's still going, maybe they can fix it trough a VBIOS update, i'll also make a ticket at Asus Support, maybe it's up to them to release a new BIOS version for the motherboard to fix that.

But... despite my searchs, why am i (apparently) the only one with this issue ?

Specs:
Corsair RM1000 / Cooler Master V850
AMD R7 1700
Corsair Vengeance LED 2x8gb 3000mhz
EVGA GTX 1080 SC
Asus Prime x370 Pro
SSDs
Screens: 2x1080p 60hz, 1x 1440p 144hz (e2343f2, GL2250, MG278Q)

Good afternoon,

Ok so, you've clearly diagnosed this as your GPU which in my opinion is correct.

Download Furmark

Do a torture test on your GPU and leave the furry donut running for 2 hours to start.

See if your Stutters happen then.

Have you disconnected your second monitor and tried it?

Cheers

The OS drive wouldn't explain why his other card could game with no issues though.

So should i benchmark the fury or 1080 ? I have a firestrike benchmark with the 1080 http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/18785425

I'll try to disconnect my other screens and leave only one

You should run Furmark on the1080 to see if there is actually an issue with the card. It could still be related to drivers but I'd go with the Furmark test which is pretty brutal, but this will show up any artefacts/stuttering pretty badly if there is a hardware issue with the card

Hey, just wanted to give a little update on that, i sent back the card, got a new one, still stuttering so i tried the card in two other PCs and had the same results, sent it back again for a full refund this time.

Nvidia, there's really nothing to do since 2015, they lost it.
