3570 i5 shows only 2 cores?

3570 i5 shows only 2 cores? checked msconfig/cpuz only shows 2 cores...I have a i5 6400 and it shows all 4 cores,i updated bios/cmos.
any idea mb is a TZZA Biostar ...My MSI B150 M3 I didn't have to do anything...I just bought a MSI 270 Pro mb wILL PUT THE I5-6400 In That...

Uncheck "Number of cores" in "BOOT ADVANCED" options of msconfig and restart computer.
Does it solve ?

You can't unselect the "number of processors" option (Remove the selection = unchecking) and reboot ?
