Usually what happens is... if you remove everything and start doing the cold starts with bleep bleeps on the background it works after.. I do not have the technical knowledge behind this behavior but it happens..
The bad part, from my experience, is that once a mobo starts doing this....it will come back at you at some point so keep an eye on it..

For memory testing try memtest86 and if you have mechanic hard drives give it a go with HDD Regenerator ( some of these software... or, almost all of them need to be bought...but you can download a free copy of hirens boot cd, boot from it and you have everything there)
The stuff..

No I dont, might have that inside my motherboard box. Got it to boot again after a few hours dont know why its doing this if I turn it off it will break again maybe I have to just leave it on now...

Taking out RAM, resetting cmos coin and taking power cord out for a while kind of fixes it? I think its like a slightly dead motherboard mad.gif

Other than that RMA....redface.gif
