Put on EK water blocks, Temps dropped to 42C on 1.28V and could hit 1505 and 1515mhz.
Ran like that for 6 months then started to get driver reset errors in a few games. So dropped to 1500mhz on both cards and dropped voltage down to 1.26V
Ran like that for 3 months then got errors again randomly after really long gaming seasons. So just dropped down to 1480mhz on 1.25V and has been pritty good at that since and doesnt get over 40C.

I run my own edited bios with no power limit or throttling, Tightened timings, Hard set voltage and core/memory overclock full load state.
Never had another GPU degrade as fast as these ones. My mate with 1 980ti has noticed the same. He use to get 1465mhz on stock voltage (1.2v) now needs 1.24V to get that on his MSI card.

Thanks Man for the info. I will take it into account man I really just dont know what to do.

Stick with the 980ti's unless your going sli 1080ti's. Coming from your exact config I can tell you one 1080ti is going to struggle to stay on par with your 980ti's thumb.gif
