Titan Black still got quite a few reviews. Titan Z was the one that nVidia refused to sample to press.

these reviewers these days are stingy with their money, they want it for free & if they don't get it they will ***** about the product about how bad it is blah blah

for example.. jayztwocent made so many bad videos about titans.. the guy hated them.. he got bigger Nvidia gave him some then he went full 360..

I don't like that kind of attitude.. don't say the grapes are sour if you can't touch em

Actually I think jayz is actually very real with his videos.
Look at his most recent titan Xp rant about how he thinks the company is just gouging the consumers both in the commercial and retail side.

Only because he didn't get it for free this time.

yet.

Here's one big reason why I haven't upgraded my PC in four years:

My Kawi cost a lot more than $1200 but it was still a better buy than one of these new Titans! biggrin.gif

And did he get a review sample? thinking.gif

Maybe I'm just cynical but its funny that the second he doesn't get a free one suddenly its a scandal. That same exact rant should have been made about all the Titans but we all know how those reviews went. Its not like it matters though because everybody knows that Titan has always been about money-is-not-object performance and has also always been obvious as a shameless cash grab by Nvidia. Not really mad at them though as I made the decision to spend over $2000 for two of the very first Titans back in 2013 simply because I had the cash and I wanted the undisputed fastest GPU's at the time and there will be plenty of people today who will buy Titan XP's for the same reason. Now the 1080 FE was a far more egregious example of gouging considering that we were getting charged far more than ever for an X80 card that was still featuring the "little" Nvidia chip at the end of the day, but it was the fastest so oh well. Until AMD can make them sweat a little bit Nvidia will continue to gouge their own fanboys as much as they think they can get away with.
