...just insane resell value...nothing comes close except for Apple products.
nuts, idnit? I found a redit thread once with tons of research on this topic that really made me question my Ti upgrade path for a minute because the Titan resell value is nuts. Alot of it is driven by the professional use cases and these have tons of vram. My only problem with this Titan release (besides the name... should have been Titan X Black and they should have changed the housing to no 'Geforce' Led and put 'Titan X' there in blacklight Leds, but i digress) is that it didnt double the vram over 1080ti like tradition dictates. I have been expecting this release, but I figured It'd be full core with 24 gb of gddr5x or 16gb of hbm2. The resell value would be guaranteed in that scenario to be very very high again. But so many nubz also buy Titans that it'll resell good again anyway, but you get my point.

Hell no, but people do. Several have sold today alone for $900-$950. Another thing that helps in that is the confusing naming scheme as some idiots think they are getting a deal on the new titan Xp while buying a Titan XP....Others just figure they will pay an extra $150-200 for epeen reasons as these (X "big P") are the same in perf as a 1080ti more or less. And still others don't even know the new Titan Xp is out yet LMAO.Edited by Slackaveli - 4/8/17 at 12:38pm
