can i use faster memory on P67 board if i swap my sandy i5 to ivy i7?

for example 3770k, 2133 16gb and Asus sabertooth P67 rev 3


still on 1333 only one 8gb stick in single chanell.

I need 16gb....streaming, lot of google chrome tabs, gaming and disabling page file on my ssd

Don't know about p67, but on z68 I am running 2400 with the 3770k.
With the 2500k I was at 2133,but never tried 2400 while on Sandy.
