XTU - Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, how to remove?

Ok, this is really starting to get on my nerves.

So, god knows how this program got on my machine, but it's there, creating these absolutely huge log files on my ssd and eating up all my space.

I try to delete them, only to be told that this program is running and i cant. I search through task manager, close everything that could possibly resemble this program, and i still cant delete them.

I run the program, only to find that logging is disabled and yet its still creating these damn files.

CCleaner doesn't seem to see it in any add-remove programs list.

How the feck do i get rid of this absolute garbage from my machine?

so far, these log files are eating up over 90gb of ssd space.

Does it have a Service running? If so, stop it.
