[OFFICIAL] Samsung 34" CF791 Curved (21:9, VA, Freesync)

I thought I would build forum for this monitor , Ive had it for 3 weeks and I have not a bad thing to say about it. I'm really picky with BLB and Glow and I gotta say, I feel like it My Samsung plasma's " both calibrated by Chad" when I look at it. Color accuracy is great , Blacks deep. There are some free sync issues , but since I'm on Nvidia card I'm not concerned with those issue at this point. Game play for me has on this screen has been a seamless experience thumb.gif

In one picture look like scan lines its not its just the way My phone took the photo

1500R Curvature 34” Widescreen Monitor

Quantum dot technology supporting sRGB 125%

21:9 aspect ratio for powerful multi-tasking

100h Hz Screen Refresh Rate & 4ms Response Time

Here are My settings with a calibrated profile

Hey OP!

I just ordered a CF791 and I have gtx 780. Can I get 100Hz refresh rate even though I don't have AMD card? My previous monitor was Dell U3011 so you can tell how long I used my old monitor lol.

Hey Krazyatom , You shouldn't have any issue's on older games that aren't demanding hitting 100mhz. but newer games you'll have to way drop your settings a 780 is a pretty old card , in todays standards even My 980ti is getting a bit old

Has anyone measured the correct input lag on this monitor? I saw someone said about 20+ms?

I wouldn't worry about the Amd card so much the Nvidia card does great and you'll be so immersed in the screen honestly you wont have enough time to worry about it. Ill get a Amd card if the Vega is at least as fast as a 1080ti , if not why side grade My 980ti which is still a bit faster than some GTX 1080 that are out.
