Creator's Update broke G-Sync - Page 2

For anyone who is having Gsync tearing since the Window Creator's update was installed, this might help.

On the .exe of the game, right click and go to the compatibility tab,

Put a check mark beside disable full screen optimizations.

Worked for me. Tearing is now gone in both Fallout 4 and Dying Light.

Gsync working fine for me after creators update.
