It is also rather strange that the rotating 3D render of the Nvidia logo looks extremely good and has no aliasing nor shimmering around the edges, yet when you start playing games all of that appears. The rotating object also does not have any screen tearing and appears very smooth. I love how it is there for reference use yet doesn't represent the actual image quality at all.

Can you post a vid?

I have noticed over my past 5 nvidia GPUs that the random flickering and AA tends to get better and sometimes worse with different driver releases. Nvidia's drivers have just been awful the past year or so IMO. For example, I have to game with gsync off right now because their latest driver tanks GPU usage with it enabled. Hell Battlefield 1 still has flickering and shimmering issues in my nvidia rig and the damn game has been out since October 2016 rolleyes.gif

Go though my previous posts, there is one which links videos demonstrating the issues I am experiencing. The thing is that this stuff is only visible in motion, so screen shots do not really do it justice and do not portray the severity of the issues. I might record something myself but id rather not.
