Three monitors, one locked for security cameras - need help

So I want to have three monitors connected to my computer.
I want one monitor to have Blue Iris which is a security camera system and only have that application always on one monitor.
I want to be able to lock that monitor so the mouse does not go onto it by accident

Then I want to use the other two screens as normal extended monitors for my desktop.

Any ideas how I lock that third monitor?

Use a separate computer. I'm a big fan of appropriate computers dedicated to tasks, and it seems like all of the 'lock out' stuff would be a nightmare to set up vs using a dedicated computer. You could probably pick up a used laptop for $60 - $75 capable of handling everything and plug in the monitor. Or get some other low power rig dedicated to the one monitor.

This may not be the way you want to go, but I would strongly advise against any serious security system being piped through a daily rig that can easily be borked and leaving you without security.
