  • What steps did you take to reproduce this problem?
Don't have to. Problem never went away.

  • What action did you expect to occur when this bug appeared?
Subscriptions Activity to load as fast as the rest of the website.

Odd, I will see if we get further reports of this particular problem as I am unable to replicate it.

Ok thank you. What is weird is that the exact same thing also happens on Headfi.

It is possibly a platform issue which I will report to the tech team to see if they can pinpoint an issue but so far I have not had too many reports of this. Is this happening at a certain time frame during the day ?

Hopefully, the only thing I can think of for the moment is a timezone difference. OCN obviously has background maintenance and backups that occur daily. I am just wondering if when you are using OCN these things are taking place. Its the only thing I can think of at the moment.

I'm on OCN pretty much every time (from 7AM CET to midnight CET), so I highly doubt it is that. Since this is reproductible at 100%, I'm available if you want to do some tests.

Well I doubted it also but it is worth mentioning. I am going to look at my preferences to see if there is something that could drive a slowdown on the subscription page.

There are not an awful lot of tests that we can do at this point that would lead us to any particular outcome. If the whole of OCN was really super slow this would be easier to diagnose, but a particular section which is currently only slow for you ( that I am aware ) possibly points to a setting.
