I just did a search on Fleabay for "SATA to Molex adapters" and got several pages of hits for both cable type adapters and one piece adapters. Newegg also carries them (one of the hits on Fleabay was for Newegg) and I'm sure Amazon also does.
I make my own PSU cables so it doesn't really matter to me if a device uses Molex or SATA power; if anything, Molex connectors require one less pin to crimp
The only time a device with a Molex power connector annoys me is when the pins are too blunt on the end, making it hard to plug into. The otherwise excellent HooToo (seriously, that is the brand name) internal card reader in my current desktop machine had blunt pins. Adding insult to injury was the space I had to work in to plug into the card reader was pretty tight. Even with the card reader left unfastened so I could slide it out a bit to get more room for my hand, it took me over an hour of fiddling and fooling around, bluing up the air, and losing a significant amount of skin from my hand before I could get that misbegotten plug plugged in because the male pins in the HooToo didn't have enough taper on the end to guide the female pins on the plug over the ends of the male pins and the side of at least one of the female pins kept butting against the blunt end of the corresponding male pin. I would love to "meet" the moron who designed that! Needless to say, I'm making sure the new case I've been building will have plenty of room for my hands.
