Well, you are sssuuuurreellllyyy bottlenecking your cpu with 1050 Ti. I'm too getting this same card soon (arriving this weekend) and I had no choice in chosing an alternative to it as it will probably work at its 95-97% Total capability delivering 30+ avg. fps @1080p maxed out settings! So you can't expect much performance from 6420K (that's a 3 year old CPU anyways). A6 6420k was first seen on CPU Charts in Q4 2014. You are in serious need of cpu upgradation ! At least transition to my A10 7890K Godavari if you want to utilize the horses of your 1050 Ti. You know what, I literally just fell in love with this MSI card as it outperforms others like Zotac, PNY, Sapphire and even Asus variants in terms of GPU Boost O.C. mode Clocks (1493 MHz Max).
You haven't mentioned your RAM Config. Is it Single or Dual and how much cap,?
And finally it all comes down to pixel rendering. You are engulfed and limited in 1600 x 900 max res. by using that LG Monitor, I suppose and you are sucked by 14 fps ! I mean you are always playing @1600x900 and I don't know may be @ high settings. So expect only 4-6 frames/sec if you use 1080p monitor!
Just upgrade to 7890k and you'll be fine as I am presently.
