WINDOWS 10, at what point in the installation do I have to sign in / create account or user

Hi I am selling an unused SSD to a friend and he has asked me to install windows on it before I give it to him.
I need to know If I can have it installed and ready to go where all he has to do is install it into his PC and sign in or creat a new account or will I need to create the account during the installation?

There is no requirement to create an MS account.
And, as an aside, there is no requirement to create a user account password either.

Either or both of those can be done after a Windows install.
