I've set the LLC to mode 4 and the vcore jumps 1.334 - 1.344 - 1.354

Ok how does that compare to what it was in Auto? Is it still stable? Try LLC level 3
Edit: Since you set a Vcore of 1.35V I would leave it at LLC 4 and test for stability if its not stable try LLC 5

on auto it was set at 1.354

In that case try LLC5 or maybe 6, have you tried to lower your Vcore below 1.35V? I suggested 1.35V as a starting point.

I tried at 1.32v and that was somehow stable but windows was freezing sometimes, so I just put it straight to 1.35v and have no problems, the only worrying aspect is that while stress testing temps were at 85-90 celsius

That is a little on the high side temps wise, personally I would delid the thing and aim for 5.1Ghz, have you tried to increase cache ratio beyond x45? Which stress test?

I didn't try to go beyond 4.5 on the cache, I'm little scared that temps will go crazy. Also I really don't want to void the warranty on my chip (it was an expensive chip for me), but delidding seems to be a reasonable idea.

The only way to get decent temps on these things is to delid which will void your warranty but expect a drop in temperatures of as much as 20 degrees C under load, you still have more voltage headroom to achieve 5.1Ghz but temps are holding you back.

I'm not greedy, 5 is what I paid for and 5 is what I want. If I go 4.6 on cache will this be an increase in temps? And LLC at mode 5 maybe?
