i need help to learn overclok my old pc, athlon ii x2 250/gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3/g-skill ripjaws dualchannel 4GB/nvidia GTS 250, i want to increase my clock from 3GHZ to 4GHZ, is it possible?

its my PC SPEC
athlon II x2 250

i want to OC my athlon II x2 250 to 4GHZ, if i increased my refrence clock to 270x15 = 4050GHZ, NB x7, HT x7, but my PC cant reboot to windows, i have back to BIOS and set Vcore 1.425 to 1.485 but cant reboot too, i have back to BIOS again set Vcore 1.485 to 1.505 but STILL cant REBOOT, can you help me? wheres is my problem?

Overclocking isn't just wacking in a bunch of settings. It's a slow and methodical process.

Start over, go slow, small changes, change one thing at a time. Use pencil and and paper and write down what you did and the result.
