New Windows 10 creators update screws ingame alt + tabbing.

So after I installed this update, alt + tabbing freezes the PC entirely. I only can move the mouse, and ctrl + alt + delete doesn't work. Games work perfectly fine though, but alt + tabbing kills it. Windowed fullscreen and fullscreen same issue..

Doesn't matter if it's a Steam game, or not. (Tested GTA V, WoT and Doom) Never experienced this before the update, and this is very annoying.. This happened on my sig rig below.
This isn't a component issue for sure.

Any ideas? Is it even possible to revert the update?

Tried re-installing the video card drivers or installing an updated one?
