Xeon X5492, Xeon E5472 or Xeon E5450, Which one is best for Overclocking?

Hi guys, i have a EP45T - UD3LR motherboard, and i need to upgrade it for gaming. I consider buying a x5492 because it has the highest performance among other cpus, but i really do want to overclock for even better performance, my friend suggest that i buy the E5450 because it has lower tdp(120w compare with 150w of X5492) and has lower bus(1333) so it has more potential in overclocking. But then again i see the E5472 with the same tdp and frequency as the E5450 but higher bus(1600), so what should i buy?. Can you guys throw any light on my problems? Need advice from those with overclocking x5492 experience
P/S: if these three are not perfect for OC, can you suggest other ones among the 771 cpus?

For me the best price/performance it's the e5450 as I already bought 3 and one x5450.

Great chip from the price.

Yeah, my friend said that E5450 can easily outperforms x5492 with overcloking, but i doubted that because x5492 is more expensive than E5450 and i haven't seen any review about x5492's OC ability from the experts biggrin.gif

The E5xx processors are a better binned ones than the X5xx. Just look at the E5450 and the X5450, the specs are the same but the X5450 has a much higher Tdp.

As far as i know there isn't a major diference between those two, that's why i always choose the E5450 because it's cheaper.
