Skylake, 4000 is doable, Kabylake 4000+ is easier.

Real talk, are the timings any good on the G.Skill press release? 19-19-19-39 at DDR4-4333? If I understand it correctly that should be equivalent to roughly 10-10-10-21 using DDR4-2400, which should be less latency in nanoseconds than my existing 9-9-9-24 DDR3-1600.

I need to dig into what exactly memory clocks mean.

Yeah, on their site it says tested on a specific motherboard though. For they're asking price, you're better off getting a good 3200/14 kit or 3600/16.
