You should think about getting a better CPU cooler as well as the H60 is really not very good.

Ok so I've put together a final build list for the upgrade excluding RAM.
I have 2x4GB ddr3 ram sticks lying around at home, could I use those alongside my current ones to save me spending £100 on a new 8x2GB?

Also is this mobo ok?

MSI B350M BAZOOKA, AMD B350, S AM4, DDR4, SATA3, M.2 (PCIe/SATA), Realtek GbE, USB 3.1 Gen1 A, MicroATX

MSI AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB ARMOR 8G OC Graphics Card

AMD Ryzen™ 7 1700 8 Core AM4 CPU/Processor with Wraith Spire 95W cooler
https://www.scan.co.uk/products/amd-ryzen-7-1700-s-am4-8-core-16-thread-30ghz-37ghz-turbo-16mb-cache-65w-cpu-retail

What do you guys think?
Thanks

Really?
Its an expensive cooler that has kept my current i5 no higher than 45 degrees under full load, therefore i really don't see an issue with it at all?

You cant mix and match DDR3 and DDR4 so no you cant use your old RAM.
DDR4 RAM will only work in boards with DDR4 slots and DDR3 RAM will only work in boards with DDR3 slot.

Its not a very good cooler and expensive just means it was way overpriced
A good air cooler would be a far better option then any of that CLC rubbish

Also be aware that the liquid inside will evaporate over time which means your cooler will get worse and worse the older it gets.

Ok cool so im looking at around £100 for the cheapest set of 8x2, something like this?

https://www.scan.co.uk/products/16gb-(2x8gb)-corsair-value-ddr3-desktop-pc3-12800-(1600)-non-ecc-unbuffered-cas-11-11-11-30-15v

Ref cooler; Because this upgrade is on a budget and I am switching out as few parts as possible to save ££, I really dont think a new cooler is priority, especially as I probably wont need to overclock for a while anyway

Cool thanks for input.
My main issues are RAM and MOBO as I am not too sure what is 'good' or a 'good price'
