In a conundrum, what do?

Basically my problem is this, i play a wide variety of games i want both 60hz vsync experience in some games and 144hz experience in others. I play all my games in borderless windowed so games are going to be using my desktop refresh rate all the time.

I had the dell s2417dg gsync monitor and it was great for overwatch and a lot of other games, not so much in WoW or other games like that. Sure WoW looked good but it really does not need 144hz and i actually prefer 60hz for the main reason being the video card does not get hot at all, talking 50c vs 70c (also consumes a LOT less power, talking 40w vs 120w). I know i could set a frame limiter for that game but not all games have that, and even if it does have a limiter you cannot enable vsync with that limiter (unless i am missing something here).

So now i am torn between a 75hz asus (vg245h) or a suggestion from you guys on what to do with a 144hz panel. If there is a way to setup my games to get a nice 60hz vsync in the ones i want, and 144hz in others i am open to suggestions. I know you can set up profiles in the nvidia control panel for each individual game but again that is not really an option for me as i play all my games in borderless windowed and it will use my desktop refresh rate no matter what.

Preciate the replies.

Dam no replies haha.

Is my situation really that unique? Figured this would be a common complaint. Some games i love 144hz and am cool with the extra power consumtion and heat, other games i think 60hz vsync is fine and would rather save on power.

Still torn on the 75hz monitor situation, has anyone owned this panel?:

Figured this would be a nice little middle ground, i only have experience with 60hz or 144hz and i know it would be fine in WoW but not sure it would be a game changer like 144hz was in overwatch (maybe the 1ms would help as well?).

Has anyone had experience with a 75hz monitor and a 144hz? If it can resemble at least a part of that smoothness you get from high hz screens i think it may be what i am looking for. I tried overclocking my 60hz tn from 6 years ago but no go, couldnt even read the text lol.
