help me choose a power supply

i need help choosing a power supply for a pc im building for fun

cpu :core 2 duo E8400 overclocked to 4.0
mobo:GIGABYTE GA-G31M-S2L (rev. 1.0)
ram:2 gigs ddr2 800
HDD 1tb sata
standard dvd rom drive
GPU 7950 GX2 from nvidia

if possible please link me to some psu i dont have much to spend my max budget is between 20-40$ usa maybe 50 but thats the max im able and willing to spend the cheaper the better

edit the psu has to be able to fit a micro ATX rack mount server case

below is a pic of the inside of the case



i measured the inside of the case and from the bottom of the PSU mounting plate to the top inside of the case its 4 inches the 250watt psu that game with the case is exactly 4 inches high by 6 inches wide i tested the psu to see if it would fit my friends HP micro atx tower and it fits so i deff need a micro atx psu

Your case has 7 PCI slots which means it is ATX (NOT micro ATX which has 4 PCI slots).
Any ATX power supply should fit.

For the absolute cheapest decent power supply I'd say get the Antec EA-380D. But it doesn't have much headroom over your max power draw and is also group-regulated which is likely to limit your overclocking potential.
