Hi

I am on the lookout for a new monitor, but I am having a hard time to decide on screen size, resolution, panel type and so on. I was born with a defect in my right eye, so I am more or less blind on that eye (I have 5% vision left on the right eye).

Right now I have a Eizo Foris FG2421, which gets the job done. But i've just got a GTX 1080Ti, and I kinda want to try out a higher resolution.

I have been looking at both 16:9 2560x1440 monitors and 21:9 3440x1440 monitors, I just have a feeling that the ultrawide would just be too wide, taking my poor eyesight into consideration.

Can you guys recommend me a monitor?

It will be used primarily for gaming, but also some slight photo editing. I play a mix of fast paced games (FPS and racing games, like CS GO and Assetto Corsa), but also slower paced games.

Budget: around $1500

And i'll just find the cheapest store from www.pricerunner.dk

Thank you all in advance.
