T-1000
Hello just wanted to share some snaps of the In Win tou 2.0 case build, Im pretty happy with it. First time using acrylic tube and had a hard time doing some bends. Went through 5 meters just to get it right. Anyway enjoy.

Hello, the hole is a rectangle and wont be able to mount any fans at all. but i dont really need a exhaust fan as I have blower style cards. You summed it up by saying "In Win cases have always emphasised style at the expense of function". Cable management is pretty hard because there is no real place to hide anything (everything is visible} I'll give it a real shot once I get my custom sleeves and hopefully combs will make it appear more neat. Also my sound card requires a molex and the front audio input which make things even more ugly. And in a few months I will have to develop a way to clean this thing dust will be a nightmare. But after all that I still love the case.

Yes there is two big rectangle holes, I think your idea for the top fans as intake is a good idea, they are currently set up as exhaust. Yes im using the in win psu, it is quite nice very large with glass panel sides and lights up and no noise. I got a guy at singularity computers to do the custom cables from scratch he has a youtube channel, check him out, seems he takes great pride in his work. Should have the cables in about 2 weeks so stayed tuned to see how good they turn out.

Yeah the price is high and I guess there is no real way to know if its limited, maybe if someone else shows off a 19/500 case, we can call there bluff.
if you really like the case I think you should buy it, you only live once. Also im a sucker for design. Truth is I've spent more money on non functional art pieces.

This was my first pc build with aesthetics in mind.

Hey, yep im Australian. thanks for all the interest, the guy at singularity does not require the original cables, but I did send him this a unique 5 pin plug comes off the 24 pin and goes to and controls the touch panel, He is going to try to wire it in to my main 24 cable. Big thanks for the intake and dust filter suggestions will check out DEMCifilters and get a custom one for the top. I really hope you enjoy the tou 2.0:thumb:, its really is a beautiful case and I look forward to seeing your build. Send us some photos once your done. Also the angle of the rads will really test your tube bending skills. Buy heaps of tubes. Cant wait to see your build

Also if you are going sli, check out the zotac sli bridge it fits in perfect with the same sort of design.

wow man that is going to be awesome ! The top panel is 20 cm by 51 cm. I cant wait to see your build. I like your idea of using black adhesive-backed sponge neoprene weatherstripping to seal off the gaps. Might have to copy that one, might have to copy a lot of things you said. I contacted in win about the touch panel and they are testing a new one and going to send me a less sensitive panel. Dont know if I will even bother installing it though. IN WIN has great customer service btw.

The Noctua coolers look fantastic imo, Im starting to get turned off water cooling, I dont bother with gpus anymore, plus i am always changing them. I gave up on dyes due to clogging issues. But i think clear works well in this case. I've seen jays and personally think its ugly. I do like the mwave build but not a fan of rog hardware. But i still like my build the best, I think it looks a lot more elegant. Though I need to work on the cable management. But it seems your build might take the cake.

The cases are probably not sold out yet. And I think most retailers dont have them in stock, they order them in from in win once a order is complete, thats what happened with mine any way.

I am really looking forward to seeing your build. And I am also happy you bought the case you wont regret it. You will probably use it far into the distant future. It has a timeless look about it.

I don't know if you are familiar with the Corsair 570X and Phanteks Evolv ATX tempered glass cases, but the 570X glass side panels are mounted like those on the Tou - with minimal padding and a gap between the glass and frame that lets dust get into the case and lets noise from fans and pumps leak out through the openings.

Well, I hope that you received via email the full reply that I typed out earlier today. This site has either an extremely annoying bug or extremely annoying "feature" where a re-edit of my post automatically deletes the entire post from this thread. I also noticed this yesterday and had to re-type my post. But I am not going to re-type today's post so I hope you saw its full text in your email LOL

Yes thank you, I received the email. I am really interested in the adhesive-backed sponge, I think i'll wait for you to do it, then i'll have a look and might do it myself. I hate dust, my last build was in a fractal define s and it really was a great case, I has it sorted to be completely dust free, so much so that after 2 years it was still super clean inside.

Been looking at those chargeable canless air things, thinking of picking one up just for now. I love this case so much that I enjoy cleaning it. But that will probably change in the future. So yeah I really have to get it sorted so no dust can come in.

Can you predict any problems with having all 6 fans as intake and no dedicated exhaust? Just the blower style gpus.

And yes most aio coolers are cheap and ugly, the last one I gave a shot was the ek predator, while it sort of looked good (the none qdc version). IT LEAKED. then i googled predator leaking and found out it was a common problem. I think they might have discontinued them now. Any way I think by putting in the noctua cpu cooler you will be breaking the water cooled trend and have something unique. I love looking at all the fins on heat sinks.

Awesome! Funny I had a hard time explaining the cost as well! I'm sure your wife will love it as well, or at least be happy that your happy:) The box comes well packed, it does not have wood reinforcements but just heavy cardboard. The case is also covered with a white cloth bag. I've been using the white bag to cover the case when its not in use. (got a cat that likes to jump on things).

I think the mesh on the top panel is separate, sorry dont know for sure, but by looking it seems separate and sandwiched in. If i decided to install the new touch panel I would have to take it off it seems. Also i'm thinking of leaving my over sensitive touch panel in because I can adjust the leds by hovering my finger above and not leaving finger prints on the case:). Also putting a screw driver in the top panel screws might damage the black paint on the screws, I'm sure there is some sort of method to prevent this from happening.

The air from the front fans must come from the gaps between the case and glass at the front. So you might have to be a bit creative there. Maybe a small dust filter to fill the gap.

The beauty of pc building is you can do what ever you want, I'm sure a lot of people will question the decision to not water cool, but it's your build do what you like best! I have people question why I run fe cards, and the truth is I like the style of them and I know they have a well tested design, pcb, power and I dont care about an extra 5fps that aftermaket cards offer. I sort of dont like the GEFORCE GTX logo though. But the angled design suits this case as well. I was pretty lucky with my build that I could find hardware that I liked in black and white and not really have to mod anything. Also the sli bridge was the icing on the cake for me:)

Have you seen the in win rgb fans? They look pretty cool, I was thinking of getting some if they were available, but I would only really want them white. And I have noticed the white in rgb is not as good as white led. Was very disappointed in the white of my rgb ram, all ways has a hint of another colour.

I did see that tou build, and it was great, I was a big fan of the chrome tubing, I almost used it myself.

You should start a build log of Sapphire due to all the cool glass mods your going to do, I am sure a lot of people will find it interesting.

Also sorry I am away from my beast at the moment so I cant measure the case, sorry.

Also I picked up a corsair k95 gunmetal keyboard to go with my system, looks great paired with the case. I was also thinking of dumping my soundcard and having a tube pre amp sitting next to the case, it would have to have rca inputs for stereo and a headphone jack. But I think it would look amazing. im in progress of creating my own man cave at the moment, where all my inside hobbies come together. I also love to paint and create art. Might post some pics of the studio when im done. The case will shore be a centre piece.

You might be a bit disappointed in the shipping box, it ships with the retail box(there is no inner box). It has heavy cardboard reinforcements on the corners and then it is held together with foam inserts. I did see that unboxing video and yeah they have taken a step backwards in the packaging department. But it works and I am sure your case will arrive intact.

Just had a look at the corsair rgb fans on youtube and they look cool, I also seen the sp version and I like the sp better with the lights coming from the inner part of the fan. But that is all personal preference.
What is the white like on your fans? Does it seem to have a tiny bit of other colours in it? Also can you adjust the brightness of the colour and leave it? I ask this because if I was going to go led, rgb fans I would just want a real dim white light, it looks like I could achieve this with the sp fans.

Yeah the geforce logos suck. I have my led turned off, to try and lower the impact of it. I found all pascal aib cards really ugly. I use to love the evga acx 2.0 cooler, I thought it was sleek and sexy with a tiny white led saying what model the card was. And then they made acx 3.0 and I hated it, with its big billboards on the side.

Your a lucky man to have all those caves, I have been pushed into one room, and still get told off about the sound.

Enjoy your build and take your time:)

I just purchased this case too, and it should be here within the next few days. Regarding cable management in this case, this is where their new Aurora fans would come in handy since they can be daisychained, doing away with all the fan cables, but unfortunately, they won't be able until Q3. You can get them now, but only with the purchase of their 303 case.

Good work man!, I hope you will be happy with it. Make sure you post a build log, would love to see it. What do you have in mind for the build? I also like the daisychain idea, fan cables can get very ugly. In win should have put three fans in the TOU:mad:

DragonPurr thanks for the link, I was considering those fans, But I am still interested in rgb fans just in case I feel like something different, it is a real shame about white with rgb. But from some of the reviews I've seen of the corsair rgb fans the white is still pretty good.

I cant wait to see your tou with all the mods, also I was meaning to ask, since you work with glass, is it possible to do a water cooled build using 12 od glass tube with all custom bends. Or would it be very difficult? Sorry I have no idea how glass works and was just curious.

http://www.corsair.com/en-us/ml120-pro-led-white-120mm-premium-magnetic-levitation-fan

The white glow from the ML120 white LED is also soft like their SP fans. But with their ML PWM fans, you can crank up the airflow and static pressure far more than on the SP fans if you need more cooling.

I think that most, if not all, RGB lighting do not have as pure of a white color when compared to even the cheaper plain white LED fans and LED strips. I use RGB fans and RGB strips in my builds, but I usually do not set all of them to shine wild rainbow colors like you see in many builds. I use the RGB colors to compliment the stained glass that I use in my builds so that the combination of the colored lighting reflecting off of stained glass and shining through the interior glass gives different effects, e.g. red or purple RGB lighting shining inside a case that is filled with gold and yellow glass structures. And since all the glass that I use is removable and interchangeable using Velcro, I can quickly change the entire interior coloration within minutes by swapping out the glass and changing the RGB fans/strips to a different color. I do this on my 570X and Evolv builds, and will also do it with my Tou.
The main reason I like the Aurora fans is because they can be daisychained. In this case, with windows on all sides, I'd like to keep cabling to a minimum. On one of the YouTube videos from CES, they showed a U shaped adapter that can link one fan to another. This would be a great idea to keep visible cabling to a minimum. Maybe I could order the case that comes with a set of fans, rip the fans out, and sell the case. ? I'm not a big fan, no pun intended, of having every color in the rainbow showing, but I like the option to choose any color I want so if I decide to change my color scheme, I won't have to replace the fans.

I haven't received my case yet, so I haven't ordered any watercooling equipment yet, besides the waterblock that comes on my Asus ROG Maximus IX Extreme. Bitspower made a block for this board, so this is the only watercooling part I've got so far. I'd like to see the inside of the case first, see the layout, see how much room I have if I were to maximize the space with the rads, then figure out exactly what I'm going to do. If I'm not mistaken, I think I read where it has room for 2 x 360 rads, but I'd rather not jam as much as possible into this case. I'd like to have a minimalistic build to show off the aesthetics instead of cramming as much as possible in it. As far as tubing, I think it would look really good with stainless steel hard line tubing, but I've never worked with it before so it could be a little challenging.

Once the case is in front of me, I'm sure it'll all come to me rather quickly.
