Anytime.

Are you the creator of BOINCTasks? Love that program. It makes managing multiple computers much easier. Especially when each computer has several clients running.

Yes I am the BoincTasks programmer and will make some time to solve a couple of minor bugs and what else is on the to-do list.

Awesome! Rep for you.

Referencing the other post, computers can be grouped together? Do you have an example image of this?

In the computers tab, the Group column, add a name for a couple of computers.
Next click on another tab and you get a new computer group like the general one 'All computers' that you can open en close.

So when you do this with 500 computers and group them by e.g. 50, you get a list of 50 groups that can be opened.
Instead of a list of 500 computers.

You can also update the computer.xml manually and pasting the group names.

It was on my request list, but the BOINC project refused it.

It would be very easy to automate as there is a lot of repetition, sometimes only changing the exe name.

A couple of years ago I build a Windows version to edit the Seti versions to include it in the Lunatics build.

I had completely missed that I could type in the Group column. That does make things easier. If Goofy or its replacement ever comes back I had hide all those clients. Thanks.

I cant seem to get a couple of my computers connected on boinctasks, I used the boinc toolbox and everything. I can add them, but it says boinc isnt running (even though it is).
