Rebooted twice and booted into Windows. Played wow a little bit and no problems. Played overwatch and it crashed midway through or towards the end on both games I played. Down clocked the graphics card after the first crashed still did it.

980ti g1 gaming overclock was stable for months till now. No change in driver's or anything just shut it down last night turned on today and problems. Is it the card?

Windows install is two weeks old and latest drivers except for today's new ones.

Believe it or not, a new Bios can play havoc with your CPU OCs. If it ain't broken...

Role back to older Bios.

If your CPU is not overclocked reset CMOS and put your card on stock and see if the PC remains unstable, if so, role back to older Bios as a new Bios can be flaky.
