AX370 Gaming 5 - RGB Fusion issues

Thread Starter
Hey guys,
I just installed my 1800x and the AX370 Gaming 5 recently but I have some serious issues with RGB Fusion.
Both in software and in BIOS, it only works when I set it to color cycle but it's red and doesn't cycle through the colors. I have the latest BIOS from April 10th. I've seen plenty of people have this issue.
I posted on the Gigabyte forum and got no answer... any ideas on what to do? Thanks.

All works fine for me on Gaming 3. You sure made sure to change the color? There is a dial or field to type the color values you want.

Yep I did and it still works only in red and only on color cycle mode....in fact I guess it doesn't work as color cycle mode should be changing the colors not keeping it static....soo that's the only mode I can get it to light up at all and there is only red
Funny enough it was working for a few hours after I built the system and I had it set up as green and white (matching my liquid) but after I woke up the next day it was all red without me touching anything...I was suspecting a win10 update f*cked it but I'm not sure how that would affect the BIOS feature which doesn't work either (though I'm not sure if it did before)

I got it to work, started working by itself but the white on it has a blue tint like most RGB lights so I turned it back off.

Been having the same issue on my x370 gaming 5. Most options turn lights off and cycle turns them on but only solid red.
Anyone got a handle on this yet?

Nope...I still haven't solved it. I sent a ticket to Gigabyte support 3 days ago but it still shows as "new" and no one has replied. Please post here if you find any solution and I'll do the same

Please let me know what they say when they answer your ticket. I submitted one a couple of weeks ago for this and they told me to make sure I was using the newest bios and fusion software. Of course neither of those worked.
