Please help me connect all three monitors to my GPU

Good day ladies & gentleman,

I have an EVGA GTX 980 TI FTW with the following connections:

HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2 and Dual-link DVI

My monitors are the following:

One Dell Ultrasharp U2715H and two Dell E2211HB

My U2715H is connected via HDMI & I am not sure what to do with my E2211HBs

Any ideas?

I'm doing some research - I suppose I just need a female DVI to HDMI adapter?

EDIT: My GPU only has one HDMI slot... so that won't work.

Can I connect my Dell monitor via display port and NOT HDMI?

Your best option is to get a male Display Port to "whichever connector" adapter

So I should purchase two of these and run the two cables from my monitors into the adapter then into my GPU:
