Switching internals from a G Pro to a G 203

Hey guys,

I bought some new hyperglides, and a paracord from CeeSA and was wanting to do this project all at once. I like the slightly different feel of my G 203's white casing but wanted to move over my G Pro's internals. I know Ino had done it. Is there anything i should know before hand or because they're the same shell it should just be plug and play replacement?

Thanks!

awesome that's what i was thinking but wasn't sure if there might be any difference in the lens placing due to them being different sensors.

Thanks!

I ordered some hyperglides for my G Pro as well. Don't really need a paracord since I use a mouse bungee.

What different feel does the G203 have compared to the G Pro?

Well i bought the G 203 in the white shell so imo it feels slightly more idk grainy? Its hard to describe lol. (and i just like the white look rolleyes.gif)

This is what I did. It's very straight forward... 3 screws and pop the shell, and a few more screws to take out the internals. They swap with no modifications required.

The white definitely does feel a bit more grippy, my pro is very smooth.

I'm thinking about buying a white G203 and doing this as well. Are the clicks the same as the G Pro?
