Problem with Palit GTX 1080 Super Jeststream (probably after last drivers or it is just coincidence)

So on Wednesday I installed 381.89, restarted and everything was fine. I haven't shutted down my PC until I went to sleep. On Thursday I tried to start my PC and after some loading I got this http://imgur.com/a/vhOo6 . I tried again and there was no problem. It is very random. Once it is - http://imgur.com/a/vhOo6 and once there is no problem. I gave my PC to the nearest service. Worker (my friend so free service atleast) checked how it will be on other GPU and everything was smooth as always.

I tried rollback to 381.65 but there is the same problem so I doubt that driver is a reason.

Somoene have an idea what is going on with my GPU? I have 3 years warranty, GPU (bought in October) was never OCed. If PC starts normally then I don't have any problems in games.

Is it dying slowly or what is going on? I hope that I won't have problems with my warranty :/ .

I don't know if it is just coincidence or driver damaged my GPU (sounds ridiculous and it is impossible imo).

I am not sure if this is related, but I was facing the same problem when I was using the display port to HDmi adapter, basically display would go crazy like this, the only fix was unplugging and replugging the cable. Also then I created some custom resolution in nvidia control panel, basically use the same exact resolution, but in the bottom, not the top, but the bottom where it says refresh rate change it to 59.999 if your running 4k 60hz for example.
