On a side note. Bevore those tools from wolf0 and OhGodAGirl were released. There was already someone at something like that. He created a "webtool" which would perform a basic strapmod (note this is more Mining related) http://doreymills.ca/cgi-bin/strapmod?777000000000000022339D00CE515A3D9055111230CB440900400600740114206A8900A002003120100F292F94273116 I'm not sure if he explained why he chose those values but maybe it will help you ^^

I think I found the source: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1758267.msg18359258#msg18359258

(so It seems to be released between OhGodADecode and R_Timings)

I'll try to email him, does someone know if he's registered here (with another nickname for sure, since, as today, there are no nerdralph on this forum)?

@Vento041 I dont know what was wrong with me yesterday. I should have posted the source instantly haha. Im not sure about him having an account here. But mailing him is probably a good idea. The thread itselv probably also has lots of hints for all the values in it.

I understand that, im talking about the ohgod tool version, the original wolf version did not have those -DSTRAP flags and R9 series support.
