Overclocked GTX 670MX results in 1100mv always no matter what.

Hello people.

I got around to finally overclocking my Asus G75VX's GTX 670MX graphics card but now i ran to this odd issue.
No matter what value i set in the voltage table it never changes and gets stuck at 1100mv when gaming wich results in very high temps reaching 90c.

I'm truely clueless why the hell this happens, i followed a guide on here to the letter.

I'm on the brink to just restore the bios to default and be done with it, but i truely want it to be overclocked cause of how good it performs.
I've yet to clean the thing, cause i never did a repaste on it, cause of how complex this laptop is inside.

Currently have the vbios set to 0.975mv in P0 and P5 state.

If you're gonna overclock a laptop, doing a repaste is highly recommended, despite the pain that it might be. Take it from a laptop user that's OCed several mobile machines. A repaste is semi-required to maintain temps.
